Why Do We Put Up With This Service? (2 Questions)

"We believe that they would be pleased to know that USAA has remained true to their founding values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity."

This statement is just BS

No more brick and mortars, no more deposit ATMs, customer service is trash, they don't uphold to the standard of services they claim, and the interest is absolute trash. I don't know what else I should add to the list, but my entire experience has just been horrible for the amount of time I've been a member.

QUESTIONS:

If you were to leave, what bank would you go with?

What keeps you at USAA?

What Happens To An Expired Judgement?

With an expired judgment past 10yrs, how often does a plaintiff try to renew it, and is that even really possible?

There's an article on the Legal Match website, that's really confusing to me.

*From the article:*

https://www.legalmatch.com/law-library/article/what-is-a-dormant-civil-judgment.html?hw=6

There are two primary ways that a plaintiff will legally be permitted to collect on a dormant civil judgment. The first method simply entails the plaintiff calling the defendant and requesting that they pay the judgment. It is important to keep in mind, however, that this method does not require the defendant to make a payment. The defendant must voluntarily choose to honor the plaintiff’s payment request.

The second option is a bit more involved and requires the plaintiff to initiate court proceedings known as, “reviving” or “renewing” the judgment. Although state laws concerning civil judgments vary widely by jurisdiction, the majority of states will allow a plaintiff or creditor to revive a dormant civil judgment within ten years from the date it initially expired. The action must also be filed in the same court that issued the original civil judgment.

What's Happened With An Expired/Dormant Judgement? (NC)

I have an expired judgment (past 10yrs) and I'm a little confused about what happens with a dormant civil judgment. I had been paying almost a year past the expiration/renewal date, then came up on some hardships and just stopped sending payments. I just wanna move on at this point.

Should I be concerned about something coming back to bite me?

In an article on the Legal Match website, this section confuses me. So like I said, it concerns me just a little.

This has been a problem intersection for a long time. I almost got hit head on and I'm still a bit shaken by this. I don't understand the complete lack of awareness coming around the corner. I also don't know how someone couldn't see a person right in front of them unless they're speeding out on their phone, which is usually the case. I do NOT want someone to get hurt here... especially me. It bothers me to know that no one got hurt, but my panic has yet to leave me. It makes me paranoid moving around the city because when you're driving you don't think or care about these things. I'm begging y'all to PLEASE slow down here. 🥺
