It’s way more complicated to manage than we thought and setup took way longer than expected with all the rules and reward logic you have to configure. We did like the customization at first, especially the VIP tiers, but getting everything set up properly was way more time consuming than we expected.
Even now it feels like you have to constantly go back in to adjust things or fix issues with how points are being applied. We’ve already had a few cases where rewards didn’t track the way we thought they would, and it turns into extra support work on our end. It just feels heavier than it should be for something that’s supposed to run in the background.
