I was under the impression a completed differed sentence was filed as charges dropped and i was under the impression expunged of those records meant your dropped charges or not guilty finding were not available to be used in future sentences, I was very wrong, got in a little trouble 10 years ago, completed my deferred and had it sealed and even with the 300 dollars I paid they used my expunged completed deferred sentence and took what shpuld have been a ticket and bumped it up to a felony, I think I shpuld ge refunded cause that was a waste of money, is that not what expunging a record for and if differed charges are dropped how is it possible to use it in the future?
