I’m graduating college in a couple weeks and will start working as a SWE at a SATCOM company and not sure what shoes to wear. As far as I know, the company is business casual, so not sure what dress shoes I should get. I don’t really care for loafers and like the look of oxfords, but maybe a more casual pair.

I was looking at a pair of Johnston Murphy Hodges Plain Toe Oxford Casual Lace Up Shoe.

Which have a sneaker type bottom and white outsole.

Would this be appropriate?

I’m graduating from college in a couple of weeks, and my parents want to get me a watch as a gift. It’ll be my first watch, so I’m not entirely sure what direction to go in. I’ve done a bit of research and the Seiko 5 GMT caught my attention, but I’m still trying to figure out what I should be looking for or prioritizing.
