In my workplace, the male manager seems to put himself on shift with the younger ladies in the workplace. The older ladies and male staff are spoken to awfully and get pulled up on minor issues while the younger staff get to do whatever they please on shift. This often results in some people taking on a greater workload. A few of us are just sick of it at this point but we are worried we could do ourselves out of a job if we complain. Management have previously done nothing about workplace bullying so we dont even know how to go about this.
