Looking for 1980s Circuit Board schematics or help in ID of IC

I am looking for a Stutz 8629 Circuit board schematics/layout because some components may be damaged. E.g. one 8 pin IC has all markings gone. For context this PCB is a control unit for a Märklin Modelltrainset (asking Märklin is useless because they don’t keep an archive). Unfortunately this model is super rare. Here are some pics:
