Is this a good idea to give to my son for his first car

I bought this Charger about 6 months ago with 3000 miles on it, My son got in a college where he wants a car, I don't really drive it that much, would it be a good car to give to him at 18 years old, he got his license 3 months ago and has never owned a car but seems to be a responsible driver.
