Hi fleet crew,

I got a playoff package and am absolutely stoked to win the Walter cup but wanted to share some thoughts. It felt so good to be apart of a crowed that was so loud and proud of their team. But at game 2 I noticed that once people accepted we were going to lose to Ottawa people started to leave early and the cheering stopped being as loud.

Though there were still people there, it made me kinda sad to see people give up on our team like that. Seeing a losing game in person is part of your duty as a fan, though it sucks and you paid to be there, it’s all part of the game.

Also, I want us to be known for never fucking shutting up. I want teams that come to our home to know they can’t shut up fleet fans even if they beat us. Even if we are down we are still just as loud and just as supportive and just as sure that we are the better team. We are Bostonians after all. Stubborn and PISSED! And it’s our only real way of letting our players know that we are there for them through and through no matter what happens. No matter how sad we might be if we loose, I know our girls feel it more.

I also know we are only in season 3 and the fans are still learning and growing, especially with the most recent influx of new fans. But I think it’s important we establish that as the fleet crew, we are animals. I want us to be known for being the loudest and proudest in the league. That alone will prove to our girls we have their backs.

I’m not trying to critique the fans at all and I love the community we have cultivated already, I just want us to be the best we can be. The fucking loudest we can be, win or lose.

We got this crew, the cup and the best community of fans in the league. Let’s prove it.
