I just ran my first half two weeks ago and finished in 1:51 (very flat course). I am signed up to run another couple of halves this year, the Queen Bee in Cincinnati in October and the CNO in Indianapolis a month later. I am considering switching the CNO registration from a half to my first full, but don’t know if that is a good idea? I currently get about 35 miles a week with 3 easy runs, 2 speed workouts, and 1 long run. Any input is appreciated.
