Hey folks,

Want to get some feedback on my workouts. I have been doing this for about 3-4 months and one thing I am noticing is that I am very fatigued. I changed up my pull and it was much better but I wanted to make sure im not missing important exercise.

Also some feedback on the push and legs? is there redundant workouts or too much volume?
