Hi everyone..

I want to order an Aktiia/Hilo from Amazon UK since it is not available on Amazon in the Middle East. I was told Amazon may require a one-time password (OTP) at delivery. If I use Aramex Shop & Ship or MyUS, can I give that OTP to the forwarding company by phone so they can accept the package? Does that actually work in practice? I also heard Aramex gives a phone number for the delivery address, but nobody answers it. Has anyone here dealt with this successfully?
