I’m currently a RBT earning my fieldwork hours. However I have pretty low confidence in my abilities and sometimes I feel like I’m the worst RBT at my job. I try my best to run the programs correctly and to provide ethical and compassionate service but sometimes I can’t help but feel incompetent.

Did any of you feel like you were a better BCBA than RBT?
