Put this song together Thurs night after kicking around with my Maschine drum pad I got last year but rarely use (lost the pwr supply). I still don't know how to use the darn thing so I settled on one of their Leap presets to build a song - sick ass beats btw. Rest of parts were improvised on keys.
During tracking, it started to take on a Mission Impossible vibe, so I leaned into that. Decided to make a spy themed video on the fly to fit the idea. Since I’m new to video editing, the free stock vids site I tried would only grant me 7 videos per day, so I sliced and diced them to make it interesting. A lot harder to do than I thought - it’s pretty amateur, jokey almost.
Sub genre: Electronica/ Dance, not my main genre by any stretch, but fun to play around with.
