I got the sony WF-700N a few months ago after my beloved jabras died. Since i got them ive had issues with the ringtone sounding in my headphones even when my iphone is on silent mode. Ive turned off anounce call and the similar thing in the sound connect app and all the stuff that google says. This has never been an issue with any of my other headphones from other brands.

is there really no way to stop this permanently (other than turning do not disturb on which has some features i dont want)???
