I was playing Chase for a bit and had some fun, but also saw some issues, so I decided to make a post on one of them. Feel free to tell me my ideas are dumb if need be. (Can't play Chase right now due to having to go home for a little bit, and not having a PC here.)

The first person I saw doing Pavely, they drove on the construction site past me, I tried to RP with them saying they needed a hard hat and closed toe shoes to be on site, and they said "leave me alone, or this is going to take forever," as they were loading in the gravel bags one at a time into their car, since they don't stack. The only way to actually make any money from the job is to do it solo in the dead times, so no one bothers you.

My suggestions:

-If you are going to keep the bidding thing, then make it max 20 minutes.

-Supply the job with something like a work vehicle, such as the work truck that is already in the game, with a decent amount of trunk space, so you can finish the job before having to drive all the way back to the construction site for more gravel. (3 bags per hole)

-Get rid of the dump truck full of gravel or make it fill more than 1 hole. It's not worth taking over the bags since you'll need to drive back to the construction site to refill them.

-Make the pay scale based on the number of people working on the job, with a ceiling. (I am fine with it still only giving the paycheck to the main person since there is RP there to divvy out the money, but make it worth taking a group with you.)

-If you are going to keep the jackhammer at 3k, then make all the things buyable where you get the gravel, and have the money come out of the pay for the job instead of out of pocket, so people can actually do the job without having to front 4k+ just to do a 5.5k job.
