We’re starting small-group fitness sessions designed specially for children (8–12) and teens (13–18) to help them build strong, active, and confident lifestyles.

These are not typical “workout classes.”

Each 90-minute session is structured to keep them engaged, active, and improving without pressure.

What your child gains:

For younger kids, sessions include fun movement, games, and coordination activities.
