Had a guy took me out for a date, I ended up getting blocked.

There was this guy in uni, we were studying different courses but were in the same club. Got to know each other and after a few weeks, he asked me out on a date. The date went well, we hit if off really good and I kinda like him. About a week after the date, I was blocked by the guy and I was even ignored by him during club.

It turns out that the guy has a girlfriend and she found out that we went out on a date. I got information from his friends who were in the same club as we were. To be fair, none of his friends told me beforehand that he has a girlfriend and I don't use Instagram so I had no way of stalking him. Even if I asked any of my friends to stalk him, his account was on private.

Anyway, after the girlfriend found out about me, she told him to block and delete my number. The worst part was the guy telling his girlfriend that I was the one who made the move on him and asked him out for a date. He told her that he didn't have the guts to say no to me so that's why he went out with me. I actually got harrased by the girlfriend (and her friends) a few times after she found out. Nothing serious tho just some name calling and occassionaly she would throw sticks or stones at me lmao. I wanted to explain to her what actually happened but my instincts were telling me that there was no way that she would believe me over her boyfriend.

Fast forward to now, I've graduated from that uni and I suddenly received an e-mail from that guy telling me that he was sorry and that he had to lie to his (then) girlfriend because their families are friends and bussiness partners. And then it turns out that he only reached me out now because they broke up. He doesn't have my number anymore, only had my email hence he reached out to me via email. I didn't ask what he wanted or what he expected from me, I just read the email and deleted it.

I go to the gym 3 times a week, spending roughly 2 hours per session, which means I spend 6 hours a week working out. In the gym, I mainly lift weights and do cardio.

I also watch what I eat. I take less carbs and more fibre and proteins instead. I even weigh everything and count the calories. I cut my sugar intake although sometimes I take sugary drinks every one or two weeks.

I have been doing this since the year started but my weight has been increasing instead. I started this year on 52kg (115 pounds) and today I weigh 57kg (125 pounds).

What am I doing wrong?

I just finished my 3rd (actually maybe 4th) rewatch of Breaking Bad. And I think now I am ready to watch something new and the next best option is Better Call Saul.

What is a phrase from BCS that I won't understand until I watch the show? No spoilers, please.
