Hey again all, I posted a few days ago asking about sick time if i leave, and I am happy to say I did get the job I was hoping for, so now heres the problem- My manager is on vacation for a few weeks and I have to give my notice literally tomorrow for it to line up properly. Would i give it to the assistant manager or would i be better off sending my store manager a heads up text and then give my formal letter to an assistant manager? Not really sure how to go about it with manager on vacation.

Hey Yall, I’m looking to leave in the next few weeks and need advice on how to go about not losing my sick time. I have nearly 100 hours to burn through but don’t want to call in and screw my co workers over. Can I use my sick time to cover my whole last two weeks? Or is that not allowed? Am i just going to lose it all? If I’m going to lose it all i feel like i might as well just quit without notice because i definitely don’t plan on ever coming back. But if anyone has any insight id appreciate it.
