I have heard this record precisely once. I happened to be listening to BBC Radio 2, which I rarely did, and it came on. Pretty sure it was a single of the week. Don't know the year - best I can do is I think it was 1990s. Sorry. It contained the lyric 'My brother woke up' I think, and it went on to talk about how he died that day in a car accident. It was unsurprisingly quite a mournful vocal. I think it had a kind of dance feel but I don't think it was necessarily a dance artist. Been looking for it for many, many years. Any ideas?
