I’m curious if anyone has had a leased Ioniq 5 repurchased by Hyundai due to lemon law before the term was up. Given a structural problem that has not been fixable and has resulted in metal flexing and creaking when driving, they are offering to repurchase the car. I have paid almost 6k in lease payments up to this point but am noticing that a mileage deduction is applied to the repurchase amount. I’m curious if anyone has been through this with a leased Ioniq vs a financed one and what, if any, mileage adjustment was subtracted from repurchase offer. Thanks.
