I'm looking for some advice if anyone is willing to give any! Englad based if that makes any difference

I have my first physiotherapy appointment coming up and I'm not really sure what to bring up/ how it works.

I went to the drs a few months back with hand and wrist pains that I thought was nerve damage from old poorly healed thumb injury, but it turned out that I'm hypermobile and I've overcompensated my lack of thumb ability with the rest of my hand and wrist and got referred to physiotherapy.

I presume they will have to drs notes? But I also assume I should go over it quickly with them just incase anything got missed/ not communicated properly

Since the initial drs appointment I've looked into hyper mobility a bit and have realised I have a few other things that I thought were unrelated but might actually all be connected?

I struggle with breathing while doing any form of cardio, to the point of passing out

I've had horrible seering hip pain for years, and on occasion been bed bound with it. Including once where trying to walk because I was sick of being in bed, there was definitely a crunch and it kind of felt like I had just put my hip back into where it should be, maybe dislocated/ partial dislocated?

I've started getting bad lower back pain after the drs appointment and it only feels better after I lay down

Are these things the physiotherapist should know/ be able to do something about?

Can they only look into what the drs referred me for?

Are there any red flags that I should be aware of?

Is there anything you initially thought was a separate issue or even thought was normal but turns out was a hypermobile thing?

Thank you for any help!
