So I of course plan to talk to a doctor but I won’t be able to for a few days and I was curious if there were others with similar experiences. I expelled my Paragard and had another placed the same day as emergency contraception (again). Now I’m thinking I might have expelled the second one and I was thinking of switching to Nexplanon. My issue is I am terrified of weight gain. I have PCOS and have spent years slowly but surely losing weight through diet/exercise/the works. I’m looking for experiences about how Nexplanon affected your weight and if you would recommend it. Also curious about what getting it placed looks like in terms of pain.
