

Hey, just thought I would share my journey so far.
I started on Reta on the 23rd March, starting with a 1mg dose, after doing my own research. I have tended to titrate up in small gradual steps (about 0.5mg) as I have felt the need. Mainly to mitigate any side effects (it has worked ok so far). My biggest concern was an attempt to maintain muscle while losing weight, so I have really concentrated on my protein intake and introduced creatine, magnesium and psyllium husk into my daily diet.
In just over a month I have lost just over 8kg and increased muscle mass from 65.5% to 67.5%.
Baby steps, I know. But, It seems slow and steady works ok for me.
I am in for the journey, I am feel better about myself physically and mentally.
Just want to give some encouragement to anyone out there that you don’t need to rush the process and potentially risk your health.
