Script: Will replace your old credit card daw for a new one to be sent this month due to new security features. Then will say your basic details (i.e. Name address, place of birth, birthday, etc.). Will ask you to redeem your points as fast as possible kasi di daw malilipat ang points. Then will say na you have points na malaki na manghihinayang ka not to redeem. They will also ask for your current credit card balance and have you dictate the amount.
I advice to check your RCBC pulz app during the call to check if the details na sinasabi nila ay accurate. Always assume na most scammers already have your basic info so dont trust even if they dictate those info back to you. If tinatanong nila ang balanse mo and points tandaan na its one click away from their own computers to check that. No need for you guys to confirm that for them.
