How bad is this? Hit the curb and got this tear, do I need to replace the tire? Just changed it last year

Currently I have just put flexible rubber Loctite and put the flap back on, have been monitoring pressure and seems fine and no buldges too. Please advise me if it is safe to drive with this

Hit a curb and got this tear on the sidewall, is it safe for another 10-20k miles or should I get new tyre?

Both photos are just different angles of the same damage
