Need help with my Irrigation set up

I have a raised garden bed and am planning on purchasing a kit from Dripdepot. I sat down to plan the garden system out and came up with these three designs. I would love to get any and all input on what might work best. The plants are peppers, tomatoes, peas, and potatoes.

Trying to figure out my best option for irrigation

I have u-shaped raised garden bed that I built several years back.

My favorite activity in the morning is watering my plants and just doing my thing... but this year I have been told that I will be traveling a lot with my job. Rather than give up the garden I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for drip irrigation, soaker hoses, or anything else I might be able to set and forget while I'm out of town for 5-6 days at a time.

There is a hose spigot 3 feet behind the garden bed so I could easily set something like that up but I honestly have no idea where to even start what type of system to go with...

If it matters I am growing potatoes in the bags, tomatoes, peas, and peppers int he bed. I also have an andrews sprinkler hose some where in my garage and I can easily buy a timer. The garden is mulched with chopped straw.
