I got a admit to msc ICE for WiSe, which have all the communication modules. But I also want to register for multidisciplinary courses from other dept like advanced qm from physics and similar courses on the field.

Is it allowed for us to register for course outside the dept, if i complete all the mandatory courses for the program?

Also what is the usual wait time for the dorm?
