Eibach Pro and bump stops

Just installed Eibach Pro springs and B8s in my 99 coupe with standard suspension. According to the instructions that came with the springs, the oem bump stops don’t need to be trimmed. I went with M030 stops in the rear anyway but no one had those in stock for the front so I just bought new ones in standard length.

I’m not getting any drop in ride height at the front. Upon inspection the fronts are sitting on the bump stops. This has to be preventing the advertised 1” drop, right? I’m sure they compress over bumps but are enough to hold the car up when parked?

Planning to take an 1” off of them. That would match the stops that are listed for the X74 suspension option which is 1” lower just like the Eibachs.

I didn’t get much drop in the rear either but I can live with that, just want to get rid of the nose-high stance.
