I have a 2012 vw jetta tdi cjaa. Was getting a P048C code earlier

(Exhaust Pressure Control Valve) but drove fine for like 2 hours so I thought it was something I could look at later. Drove again later and now my car is going in limp mode and im getting cylinder misfires along with turbo underpefformace code. Car was running a little rough.

Would these likely just be a result of the P048C?
