Started to get my feet wet and would like any advice to move from qualifier to closer eventually. Getting an hourly and 5% on deals starting out as a frontier. How do I grow from here?

I can attract and engage but I hate that I feel like I run out of shit to dive into with them that is “attractive” coco after the usual basic getting to know yous out the way….. been out the game for a while, can anyone help me tap into this?
