I’ll try to keep this simple

Our schegen days expire April 25th

We have applied for our TIE

we are waiting for the approval

My wife is Swedish I am American.

We have a very important family gathering in American end of May.

Most likely our TIE won’t be approved.

How can we leave and re-enter legally ? Our lawyers say the re-entry application is ONLY for once we are approved FOR the TIE.

Our Schengen days start to return back to normal June 20th -
