When I download the certificate, the Integrated Subscores field is empty. I have tried multiple downloads. What should I do?

I downloaded using the print option.

I was taking the test this morning, and partway through, someone entered the room. They weren’t visible on my laptop’s camera, but they were captured on the secondary camera (my phone). Will this definitely lead to my test being invalidated?

If yes, can I take the test again without paying again?

I recently found out I need to take an English test. After some research, I came across the Duolingo English Test (DET), and since I'm short on time, I decided to go with it. I just completed my first practice test and got 135 to 145 score. With about a week to study, what can I do to improve?
