Newly prescribed, CVS said out of stock?
Hi everyone! I’ve been diagnosed with adhd for years now and used to take adderall however decided to go off meds for a few years. I recently went back to a new doctor because I feel as though I’m really struggling again with my symptoms. She prescribed me a low dose of Vyvanse (generic) and sent it in to the pharmacy the same day. The pharmacy called me and told me they had to place an order for it but they will call me when it’s ready. It’s been almost 5 days now and I haven’t heard anything. The app shows that it’s out of stock and delayed but the girl at cvs told me they placed the order for it. I’m just wondering how long could this take and if I should keep waiting on it or message my doctor to possibly send it somewhere else? I don’t mind waiting but I already have a follow up appointment in 4 weeks and it’s already been almost a week. Thanks!
