NEET 2026: My Advice if you are stuck at 450-600

Okay… here’s something I thought would be useful for you.

How do you really time your NEET?

Uhhmm… every paper has patterns… and each pattern takes a different amount of time… for eg, in our methodology, we use something called a speed-breaker pattern - nothing fancy - it's those Match the following- Order and sequences type of questions which really take a lot of time. They are about ten to fourteen of them. I suggest do them in the end.

Spending same time on all patterns is a mistake. Of course , this advice is for those stuck at 450-600 range. Speed breaker pattern is meant to slow you down.

NEET is not just knowledge…
It’s time control…

If you get this… paper starts feeling predictable…

NEET 2026: Easy 20 marks

People keep asking me how can they get from a score of 300 to 500 or 450 to 600 etc. The only way I know is hard work.. I was kidding. Hard work is a base for everything, no debate on that but there should be a method to the madness. It's smart work. Write down all the high yield topics and their sub-topics down. Go deep, memorize, solve problems and visualize the chemical reactions. This is where you get that extra 50 to 100 marks. This is where you stand out from others. For eg, did you know that the most favorite questions of the examiners over the last few years have been a Plasmodium question or an ECG-PQRS question from Bio, Young's Slit experiment question from Physics or pH of weak acid/ weak base question? That right there is your easy 16-20 marks. All from high-yield topics and sub-topics. And one more thing... no one can say whether you will get 300 or 400 or 500 marks. No one. So stop wasting your time there and focus on the high-yield topics that give you an edge.
