southeast Dallas area (near Pleasant Grove / Mesquite ISD area)

Need your opinion on the area, I’ve never been to Dallas but will need to be there for the next 4yrs+, will be working in the medical district. Please give me your opinion

I’m moving to Dallas and I’m considering buying a house in forney, Ill be working at a hospital in Dallas, early morning commute and 5-8pm coming back. Any advice on if this is a wise move? How’s the traffic and commute? Would you recommend it.. if not what area would you recommend for a decent commute and house price
