I’m looking for a houndskull or maker recommendation for harnischfechten, full contact, but no intent for fighting with polearms. It needs to be a decent helmet, but it’s not going to take a buhurt style beating

I’m trying to keep the cost including padding and riveted aventail under ~1200USD, but there is flexibility if there needs to be.

I know people have strong feelings about it, but I would prefer to have it made in 2mm-1.5mm stainless.

I’m looking for a fairly historical styling with some accommodations for practicality (larger and additional breaths).
