All DBQ/MO finally appeared in my file today!!!

So was doing my normal va doom scrolling and i have had 2 missing DBQ, MO's and a missing PFT from LSGS for the past 30 days. This morning it finally appeared in my files section.

Am i right to think this means my claim should move from the national que to a regional office now? and does anyone have any experience with the columbia office? I live in charleston so I assume it will go to columbia regional.

Va sent a denial, but included a med board finding of 10% or more?!?!

I was going through my past denials, claim letters, etc. I found this at the very bottom of a denial for asthma:

RECOMMENDATION: This case be referred to the Physical Evaluation Board for determination for fitness for duty. CDR J.F. MONDSCHEIN CDR MC USN. Post military private and VA treatment records notes not available for review. VA Rating Decision Codesheet 04/19/96. JURISDICTION: VA Form 28-1900 received 4/10/96. Service Connected and Vocational Rehabilitation Purposes. DC 6602 ASTHMA 10 PERCENT OR MORE. REASONS AND BASES: MEB of 1/96 noted veteran evaluated in 8/95 for possible asthma with physical exam being consistent for same. He was started on corticosteroid inhalers. In 12/95 he was re-evaluated after having been lost to follow-up and was noted to be off medications and complained of worsening symptoms. Exam at MEB noted veteran indicated some improvement in the frequency and severity of his attacks using the inhaler. Exam noted mild diffuse expiratory wheezes. 12/10/2012 ASTHMA Not Service Connected Not Incurred or Caused by Service.

Am i reading that correctly? the Med Board when it processed my severance, sent a va claims form and there is a rating code of 10% or more, but when i finally interacted with the VA in 2011-2012 they came back non service related. Wouldnt that imply they performed a ratingg reduction without a c and p or pft or anything?

I am currently rated at 10% asthma, with a supplemetal claim showing how the 10% was incorrectly applied from the PFT which 2 seperate, all performed by the va show my FEV1 at 57% on one and 49% on another which would have been a 30 or 60% rating.

One of my most frustrating days in this journey

I was reffered by my Orthopedist to a different DR in his practice to help me with a nexus letter. The DR who saww me this morning was 70 years old, kept telling me he didnt think I needed surgery, when I explained I was refferred to him to right a nexus letter for the va as my orthopedist said he was the person to see for letter, not Dr Sherrier.

Dr Bethea proceeded to tell me how he used to work for the VA and he stated "dealing with them is its own kind of monster". I asked him to look at my records, example nexus letters, and a failed dbbq to show how the least as likely as not language was a deciding factor. He wouldnt even entertain looking at them.

He then told me he wasnt aware of any studies that link lack of sleep or long term (3 decades)disrupted sleep architecture to nerve repair or damage.

In the last 10 minutes he asks me how I am sleeping, I reiterated my trazadone, MDD diagnosis, OSA and sleep study as well as CPAP usage. He said "well maybe we should have a sleep study done, we are better than the va. You need a good nights sleep, those nerves cant prooperly heal if your not sleeping good."

I wanted to rip out my hair. When i asked if he could put that in his treatment notes at least, he ssaid "well lets get a sleep study through our dr's, we can get you fixed up with a good nights sleep"

I am so utterly frustratred with this process
