Popcorn hack - no oil or special equipment except paper bags
It’s taken me all my 40 years (and being without my air popper) to figure this out… I’m sure many of you will know how to do this already, but it’s been a game changer for me. So here it is for the uninitiated.
1/2 cup corn kernels in a regular brown paper bag. Fold the top over a couple of times.
Put in microwave for 3 minutes (or until the popping slows down significantly, bit of experimentation needed).
Take out and eat. That is literally it!
I can’t believe I didn’t know this until now. Spread the good word.
