Hello all. Has anyone go in early menospause? Dr was firm on his decision of putting me in hormonal replacement therapy... Is that my only option?
What was your experience.. please share. My mom when into menopause when she was 50.. this is scary and making me nervous.. 😥
Hello all. I am 38 yrs old. I haven’t have my period since January and recently started having hot flashes 🥵 I went to the dr and she told me it could be perimenopause. I got tests and find out my a1c it’s 6.5.. diabetic 😐 i got gestational diabetes 9 yrs ago and never went away. Even last year I was between 5.9-6. I was prediabetic for 9 yrs and suddenly went up.
It makes me think or wonder.. how can I difference between perimenopause at 38 which I think it’s too soon or probably I have insulin resistance and pcos?
My hair falls like crazy, acne in jaw, 2 or 3 tick dark hairs in jaw too, periods on and off for years.. sometimes heavy and sometimes really light and I used to have bad pain when I was ovulating.. so bad that I wanted to go to the walk in clinic but never went because it lasted 1-2 days only.. prediabetic for 9 yrs or so. Now I started experiencing brain fog and hot flashes..
does that sounds like pcos?
