UPDATE IN COMMENT SECTION BELOW
Yall im a technologically illiterate so pls just give me an honest answer and explain it to me like a 5 year old. I downloaded some stuff from Vimms trying to play some old PS2 games and its just not working. This shit just doesn’t work and I’m sick of messing around with it and just want to delete it. I’ve watched every tutorial in the world and the game just isn’t working. Except the problem is my PC isn’t just letting me delete the software and files. Keeps saying “action cannot be completed because the folder or file in it is open in another program”, except it’s literally not. I have no windows open except my file explorer. Again, I know I am not the brightest in this field so a real answer without tearing me to shreds would be so much appreciated.
