Has anyone had any experience with dealers here? So far it has been a horrid experience for my partner and I. We have a tight budget (under $7000 USD, looking at Toyotas mainly) and are really struggling. I have heard two stories from people regarding being paid calendar days vs working days. I already know that weekends count as leave days - e.g. if you take two weeks off, you lose 14 days long service, or 7 days if taking it at half pay.
My question though is this. For example, if you take 7 days off, are you paid for 7 calendar days at either the full rate or half rate depending on your leave, or are you paid for 5 working days?
Curious which is correct as half-pay leave would be much more viable if its the former and you get paid for the weekend days too.
