I just bought a shelf i needed to butt up to the wall so I had to move my sensors up about an inch. They are both solid colors and measured with tape.

Went to close the door and it hit rhe bottom, then returned to the top.

I watched the videos on how to program the stops and followed instructions to a tee but it isn't wasn't working like the videos. Step 1) click middle button, move door to the top position 2) click button, watch for bottom arrow to flash 3) hold bottom down and set at the bottom 4) click middle button

And here is where my unit doesnt fo what the videos say. Im supposed to click the up arrow, let it get to the top, then click the bottom arrow and that shoukd be it.

But after I click the middle button after setting the bottom, it kind of goes haywire...beeping and flashing a bunch of times and then automatically starts going up to the top, then beeps and flashes and goes back to the bottom. I think it then goes back to the top where it finishes its thing.

Add another problem. I tried programming the thing a handful of times and I think on the last run to the top, it ran a little hard into the stop.

Now when I try to manually move the door, i just hear rhe motor trying but the door seems jammed.

This is a new unit, probably 2 years old.

Appreciate any ideas?
