Hello, trying to find an ice cream cake for a birthday this weekend. We’re used to the American ones like carvel. Has anyone found anything like this here? Most I’ve found have sponge in them and that’s not quite the same. Thought maybe Ben and Jerry’s but the Edinburgh shop doesn’t do them.
