What is going on with my finger?
30 year old female 5’5 125 pounds No medications Non smoker No known allergies
This is my middle finger, the issue actually started on my ring finger on the same hand. It would get very hot, red and swollen. Happens at random hours of the day and lasts a couple hours. Can happen a few days in a row and then won’t happen again for another few days. Doesn’t itch, but the joints hurt if I push on them. They almost feel bruised when it’s at its worst. This has now stopped on my ring finger, and started on my middle finger (pictured). The swelling and redness pictured are not near as bad as it gets, and I have had a bump pop up before, but now there’s 4 of them. They pop up and then go away after a couple hours. Same thing with the whole finger issue, comes and goes but the finger does stay generally larger than it should be. The bumps don’t itch, they almost sting to the touch, it’s hard to describe.
I have been tested for auto immune and it all came back negative. Any ideas?
