Recently been having an issue where both the case and the glasses appear to be charging. When I place the glasses in the case the ring glows orange and when I take the glasses out, the case shows green.

Tried to pair but the ring never turns blue.

Not sure what to do after doing all the basic troubleshooting of deleting the app, restarting the glasses and glasses case etc.

Any help or insight would be appreciated.
