I have been consistently applying for Public Information Specialist (and similar comms) roles for six years. I even took tests when they were still a thing. No matter what I do, no matter how amazing my resume is, I simply cannot get an interview.

What am I doing wrong?

I am not a current state employee. I AM a current authority employee.
