Not earning the rent points despite meeting the threshold for the other spending categories.
Really getting sick and tired of Bilt 2.0. Customer service has been garbage, fraud detection has been garbage, getting charged interest in “error.” I didn’t expect Bilt 1.0 to go on forever but this current version of Bilt has been absolute garbage it’s not worth keeping.
You basically have to hunt them down to fix the many mistakes they shouldn’t be doing in the first place
