I am currently trying to get my Oneplus 13 to work properly. It will connect to Wifi and show me bars on cell data but I am not getting any internet. I bought this phone months ago and have downloaded some apps on it but now its being difficult. I tried restarting the phone and resetting cell data setting but nothing has worked.
The wifi and SIM card function properly in my Oneplus 10.

I can make calls, so I know my SIM card is working, but I get neither Wifi or data. I would try to update the software but I cannot connect to download the update. I tried finding a link to download the software update onto my PC but I am not having any luck finding that either.

Please help guys, I just want to use my new phone.
