I've been living in someone else's house and have been having plumbing issues. In my investigation, I took this picture of the back of the septic tank.

Thats... not what I should be seeing back there, right? I dont know a lot about plumbing, even less about septic tanks, but I highly doubt septic tanks are supposed to have internal cinder block supports.
