Concrete Blotches

Advice and Help appreciated! Any idea why my concrete is coloring like this? It was all poured last Thursday and used a Clemons super seal 30 cure and seal on it after pour. It looked great to start but now on day 3 it looks like the pictures. Is this normal? Please feel free to have input. Thanks!

New Deck on New Slab

Hey all, looking to build my new deck and anchor my posts to my new pad after 5 days of pouring. Deck will be a 10x6. Do you think this will be okay? Thanks

Contractor quoted me to install some hillside steps that will run up my inclined backyard to connect 2 concrete pads. The steps will run a total length of of about 20’ or so. He sent me the picture attached as an example of what he had in mind. I was under the impression the step itself would be more solid whether it be wood or cheap concrete pavers. Has anyone used this design style before and does it actually have a stable base and doesn’t leave a mess? Was quoted $650 for the project for this specifically. Any advice and recommendations are much appreciated!

Hey all, got a quote for a 10x6 deck - all pressure treated wood with concrete anchors, all wood hand railing and steps. Deck will meet my back door at 62” tall. Quote came in at $2850.. thoughts? Thanks for any advice!

I also asked about trex board cost for flooring vs. pressure treated.. still waiting to hear.
